We provide a variety of beauty treatments and services, including but not limited to haircuts, coloring, styling, manicures, pedicures, facials, and other related beauty treatments. Detailed descriptions of our services can be found on the Site.

2. Appointments

Booking: Appointments can be made through the Site, over the phone, or in person at our salon.
Cancellation Policy: Clients must cancel or reschedule appointments at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a rescheduling/ cancellation fee of 50% or any deposit paid to not be returned. A no-show policy is also in place, if a client has failed to show-up to their appointment and/ or refused to reschedule a 100% fee will be charged for the missed treatment to cover the gap.
Late Arrivals: Clients arriving later than 15 minutes may have their treatment time reduced or rescheduled to accommodate the salon’s schedule.

3. Payments

Pricing: All prices for our services are listed on the Site. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
Payments: Payments can be made by credit card, debit card, or cash. Full payment is required at the time of service.

4. Return and Refund Policy

Service Satisfaction: If you are unhappy with a service, please inform us within 24 hours. We will work with you to address your concerns, which may include a partial refund or a complimentary touch-up, depending on the situation.
Product Returns: Unopened and unused products can be returned within 14 days of purchases for a full refund. Opened products may be eligible for exchange or store credit at our discretion.

5. Gift Cards and Vouchers

Purchase: Gift cards and vouchers can be purchased through the Site or in person.
Redemption: Gift cards and vouchers must be presented at the time of service. They cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift vouchers gifted by the salon cannot be changed for another name/ person.
Expiration: Gift cards and vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Unless indicated oversize on the gift voucher.
